2. Dictate Into a portable digital recorder.
3. Dictate Into a traditional cassette recorder.
Once the dictation has been received, the voice is routed to one of our transcription team members in either digital or wav form. Upon completion, the transcribed report is received back in the office, where it is reviewed according to our quality assurance guidelines. After completion of this process, the report is released back to our client.
Our transcription team provides transcription of all standard medical documents, i.e.. H&P, discharge summaries, O. R. reports and letters. We can create your forms/stationary, or provide custom formatting to accommodate your preprinted forms.
Delivery of documents is provided via modem, email, or Federal Express.
Personal Courier available in greater Detroit area.
Fax service is available for stat reports.
All transcribed reports are electronically stored for one year.
We charge competitive prices using a 65 character line count.
Envelopes are printed at no additional charge
We provide a 24 to 48 hour turn around.
